Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) avulsion fracture or tibial eminence avulsion fracture is a type of avulsion fracture of the knee. This typically involves separation of the tibial attachment of the ACL to variable degrees. They are usually caused by forceful hyperextension of the knee or by a direct blow over distal end of femur with the knee flexed. A 35 yrs male with h/o RTA, trauma to Left knee with a complaint of knee pain with difficulty in walking , unable to take weight on knee. Surgical approach with Standard anterolateral and anteromedial portals . Bites was taken in the ACL with fiber tape. Suture tape was tied on Endobutton . Closure was done. Patient can walk with partial weight bearing with walker.
